Banana Sushi
We’re on day 4 of our 10 day reset food and fitness challenge with Cara Clark Nutrition and this snack is my new favorite go-to. It’s so good, my kids are even making it after school!
Ingredients
- One round rice cake
- Sunbutter or nutbutter of your choice
- sliced banana
- drizzle of honey
- sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
- sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or just cinnamon
Directions
- Assemble and enjoy. This snack is filling and a great 3pm pick-me-up when you need to stay strong until dinner time!
