Banana Sushi

We’re on day 4 of our 10 day reset food and fitness challenge with Cara Clark Nutrition and this snack is my new favorite go-to. It’s so good, my kids are even making it after school!

Ingredients

  • One round rice cake
  • Sunbutter or nutbutter of your choice
  • sliced banana
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
  • sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or just cinnamon

Directions

  1. Assemble and enjoy. This snack is filling and a great 3pm pick-me-up when you need to stay strong until dinner time!
